The sport of whitewater kayaking is growing rapidly across the country and especially in Virginia with the availability of so many good whitewater rivers.
It is a very exciting yet "user friendly" sport. Adventure Challenge would like to work with you to assure your experience learning this fun sport is enjoyable. Learning the basics correctly will increase your learning curve for a positive paddling experience. We limit our classes to only four participants so each person gets more individual attention and paddling time. Kayaking is a great way to enjoy many of our parks and rivers! We hope that you or a group you are associated with will join us for some fun! Hotel and camping accommodations are available if you are coming to Richmond from out of town.
